Creamed Brussels Sprouts

Here is a great way to liven up Brussels Sprouts. Forget about them being over cooked, dull and tasteless. Cooked this way they are quick and delicious and can be served with any grilled or roast meat or fish. Try it with my Pan Fried Salmon.





 Serves 2

Ingredients 

125g Brussels Sprouts, shredded
20g Butter
3 tbs Double Cream
3 tbs Water

Method

Heat a large saucepan or frying pan. Melt the Butter until it foams.

Add in the Brussels Sprouts and Water and cook over a moderate heat for around 3 minutes stirring regularly.



Reduce the heat and add the cream. Cook for 1 minute and season with salt.
